Position Overview:

We are currently seeking Master ’s-level Clinicians to join our growing outpatient mental health team. In this role, you will provide therapy and support services to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Key Responsibilities-

·         Facilitate individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals

·         Implement treatment plans and interventions in accordance with clinical standards and agency protocols

·         Conduct assessments and monitor client progress throughout the course of treatment

·         Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed

·         Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency policies

·         Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers, primary care providers, and external community partners

Required Qualifications-

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
